| Description: | From Smoke on the Water Festival Website: The Smoke on the Water Festival is more than just a BBQ cook-off it's an event for the entire family! Sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society and the Alabama BBQ Association, this cook-off will determine the very best barbeque from among entrants participating from throughout the Southeast. Winners will compete for cash prizes totaling more than $6,000.
But, the festival includes so much more for everyone
-While it lasts, you will be able to sample BBQ from some of the cook teams represented. Come taste and vote for your favorite- the People's Choice Awards will be based on your votes! ($5 in addition to admission for adults and youth)
-All-day live entertainment (check out the 2019 Entertainment tab)
-Cornhole competition ($40 entry fee per team of two people) Cornhole Flyer
-Access to the Beer Garden (for those of-age)
-Vendors of all kinds
-A "Cruise-In" car show [Sponsored by the Colbert/Lauderdale Baptist Association] Cruise-In Flyer
-Come see the winners at 3:00 at the main stage.
-A Kids Zone
-and loads of fun things for the entire family
-Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the day!
