Welcome to the beautiful City of Daphne and the 30th Annual Jubilee Festival of Arts presented by Wind Creek. The festival celebrates the fine arts culture of our area and one of the few places in the world to experience the natural phenomenon of a jubilee. A jubilee occurs when oxygen levels in the water are diminished causing fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood to come to the surface in abundance.

You'll experience art in many forms: culinary art, fine art, kid's art, performance art and an eclectic mix of talent we call "Southern Makers."

Again this year, we welcome amateur and professional chefs seeking to qualify for the World Food Championships! We are excited to host an automatic qualifier in the Sandwich Competition and Preferred Chef Challenge.

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, City of Daphne and Jubilee Festival Committee have had a wonderful time planning this event. We wish to thank our sponsors, artists and volunteers for their support and many hours of hard work.
