| Description: | From Kenan's Mill Festival Website: Celebration of rural life in Alabama's Black Belt at an 1860's restored gristmill near Selma, Alabama. Enjoy cornmeal grinding demonstrations, gristmill & miller's cottage tours, apple cider making, music, food, arts & crafts, children's games & hayride.
Take the swinging bridge across Valley Creek to see the "beehive" kiln. View a demonstration kitchen garden.
Spend the day, and bring your lawnchair or have a seat on a bale of hay.
Food wagon selections include hot dogs, chili, sweets, cold and hot drinks.
Gates open 9 am til 5 pm. Admission charged.
