| Most booth spaces are 10 wide by 10 deep (guaranteed open only on one side). If space allows, vendors wishing additional space may buy another booth space. If only one space is purchased, adherence to the configuration (taped-off space) will be necessary. Vendors are renting the use of the space only. The spaces do not include tables, chairs or anything else and no other rights are given or implied. Access to electricity is limited. Requests for electricity must accompany Vendor Application and will be reviewed and accommodated, if possible on a first come, first served basis. Parking for vendors will be in the same parking lot as Show attendees. Please obey all campus parking regulations. If you drive up to the entrance area to unload, please remove your vehicle as soon as you are unloaded. Entrance area is to be cleared by 7:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7th. All vendors will be responsible for set-up and removal of their own booths. Booths must be manned at all times. Exhibitors may set up between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6th and/or 6:00 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 7th. Booths must remain set up for the duration of the Show and may be dismantled after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 7th. No early take downs will be allowed. All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving their space free of all garbage at the end of the event. Collecting and reporting Applicable Sales Tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. REFUND POLICY: 100% Refund Prior to 30 days from Show Date. NO REFUND 30 days or less from Show Date TERMINATION: Novella Club of Columbiana reserves the right to refuse or reject any Vendors they do not feel are appropriate for the Show and/or those who do not abide by the rules. Vendor shall have no rights and Novella Club shall have no obligations under the said Vendor Application Agreement. | ||
